Glenn Fry
Artist Statement
A visual artist based in Washington, DC, that has been specializing in silk screening for the last twenty years. Following his formal art education at Edinboro University of PA, Glenn got his start in advertising before pursuing a career in fine art.
My influences range from a childhood love of coloring books and cartoons to my appreciation for most things vintage including advertisements, television and film, fashion, music and the Pop Art movement. My artistic style is comprised of various elements including photography, illustration, painting, as well as screen printing.
