Karen Wallace
Karen started working as a software developer in high school. After more than two decades designing enterprise software for virtual schools, she left the tech industry to make things with her hands. Doing just enough pro bono programming to scratch her technology itch, she focuses on glass fusing.
Bursting with color, her abstract work centers around maintaining strict geometry and sharp lines in a material that only bonds when heated to a liquid state. She creates glass vessels, panels and wall hangings in brilliant colors and complex designs for people who love vibrant color and luscious lines.
