"Shifting Ground: Landscape, Light and Memory"
July 31 - August 12
In this series, landscape is approached as a fluid construct shaped by perception and memory. Atmosphere takes precedence over physical form, using abstraction to evoke the felt experience of place. Through layered encaustic surfaces and shifting fields of color, the work focuses on atmosphere as a carrier of experience rather than description, inviting viewers to reflect on their own sense of orientation within spaces that are at once familiar yet undefined.
